I get this question quite often.  

I work with women as I believe that they don’t receive enough guidance and support when it comes to fat loss and building up strength.

With all the women that I work with and speak to, there’s a common obstacle that prevents them from toning up their arms or stomach.

And that is:

-They have no idea what to do and how to do it properly

-They are winging their workouts, or relying on classes
